Exchange Policy 

Sole Studio does not offer returns once the product is delivered.

Exchange is allowed only in case of size issue, wrong product, or damaged product received. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or video proof.

No exchange will be accepted for used products, products damaged by the customer, or sale/discounted products.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Extra shipping charges may apply for exchange.
